Naamen Meziche, a French citizen of Algerian descent, and a longtime resident of Hamburg, Germany.

Meziche is the son-in-law of Mohammed Fazazi, the radical imam of the Al-Quds mosque in Hamburg, Germany.

He is also said to be a friend of hijacker Mohamed Atta.
